 BOOTCAMPS, CIRCUITS AND BOXING and more XING We have sessions running daily, early mornings, evening and daytime sessions.



By mixing cardio, strength and core exercises, you will keep your body guessing and this in turn will keep you motivated, and your metabolism high. 

If weight loss is a priority, these sessions along with following a healthy diet will help shift those stubborn pounds, lose inches and increase muscle mass.

If fitness is a priority, you’ll see your fitness and energy levels increase, if muscle gain is your goal, you will have the option to choose heavier weights and increase your muscle mass.

Dress for the weather - Wear Sunscreen, a hat in the summer or in the winter wear layers! Bring a drink, and mat if you one.
